A California-based health care research company has chosen Nashville for its third location.

Axis Research and Technologies has opened a bioskills training facility and cadaver lab space at 1420 Donelson Pike, according to a news release.

Catering to medical device companies and hospitals, the 10,000-square-foot space provides facilities for medical device testing, research and skills training — including tissue sourcing — precision specimen preparation and high-tech surgery suites, according to the release.
